We welcome orders from our friends around the world.
To Order:
Please email us your order at
info@doityarns.com and include any questions you may have about yarns, shipping, etc. We will promptly send you a PayPal invoice from which to make payment.
The terms and conditions:
Payment is accepted through PayPal only. There is one exception. Canadian customers may choose to send us a Canadian Postal Money Order.
Just a note: Our current shopping cart software does not support shipping with the U. S. Postal Service and international orders at the same time. So, to offer the U. S. Postal Service, we had to disable the international shipping feature. We are sorry for any inconvenience. The U. S. Postal Service offers First Class International and Priority Shipping and cheaper shipping rates than any other carrier.
We are happy to process your order in the above manner with no extra charges.
Insurance is not available for First Class International packages. Some insurance is provided for Priority International packages.
You will receive an email when your package ships.
First Class International Mail is available for all packages under 4 pounds.
Over 4 pounds must go Priority International Mail. Priority Flat Rate boxes are available if applicable, but in general, shipping yarn, they usually cost more instead of less.
Tracking is not available for any package leaving the United States sent through the U. S. Postal Service. International Orders are a good portion of our business. After several years of international shipping experience, a package has never been lost, but 3 of them did take interesting side trips, eventually being delivered to the right address. Please be aware of customs and postal conditions in your country and have patience.
At this time, packages to all points in Canada have been taking about one week to make it through customs and on to their destination. The United Kingdom, about the same give or take a day or two, with a few exceptions. The rest of Europe, one to two weeks. Australia, one to two weeks. Everywhere else it varies.
Any customs fees are your responsibility.
Thank you & Happy Stitching!
